Here's the boring stuff...

  • If a ticket is bought in advance, proof of purchase may be requested at the door in order to gain admission.  Normally this will be the Ticketsource receipt that is automatically e-mailed to you when you buy your ticket online, or the printed ticket you bought at Mishon Mackay.

  • The holder of a valid membership is entitled to one reduced price ticket per film.  Members are advised to book in advance to guarantee a seat.

  • For screenings where there is a Priority Booking period, only Members tickets may be bought during the Priority period.

  • On the night of each screening, on-line booking will close at 6pm.  Any remaining tickets will be available on the door.

  • We regret that tickets and memberships, once purchased, cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend a screening you can reallocate your ticket to someone else.

  • If we receive a request for a ticket to be reserved to Pay on Arrival, that is regarded as a commitment to purchase the ticket and the requestor is liable to pay for the ticket whether they attend the screening or not.

  • Hurst Village Cinema will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that film performances take place in accordance with the advertised programme but reserves the absolute right to cancel a performance, substitute an alternative film or vary the time of any film performance.

  • If a performance is cancelled, Hurst Village Cinema will undertake, at its absolute discretion, to either refund cost of the admission ticket or issue a replacement admission ticket for an alternative performance.

  • Hurst Village Cinema may refuse admission to any person, who in the opinion, and in the absolute discretion, of an officer of the Society's committee, fails to meet the conditions required for admission to "12A", "15" or "18" certificate films. Proof of age and status may be required in certain instances.

  • When buying online, all personal details transmitted between your browser and the server are encrypted to guard against their interception by unauthorised persons.  We do not store, or intend to store, financial details.

In the event of a query arising in relation to tickets or memberships purchased, please e-mail info@hurstfilms.com or contact Mike Thatcher on 01273 832491.
